Highworth is a popular Market Town approximately four miles to the North East of Swindon and close to the borders of Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.
Junction 15 of the M4 Motorway is approximately 4 miles away and London Paddingdon is just 55 minutes from Swindon's main line Railway Station.
Highworth has one infant and three primary schools. The senior school, Warneford, has an excellent reputation and is often given as a main reason for moving to the area.
There are numerous sports facilities including a recreation centre that provides football, cricket and tennis clubs as well as swimming pool and gym facilities.
The High Street has a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants which are mainly independently owned. Highworth also benefits from a new CO-OP with library, two banks, Post Office and a Saturday market dating back to the 13th Century.
